Booking confirmed

IMPORTANT: If you are not a member, please reply to your booking confirmation email so that we can then send you a pin code for the door.

You will not be able to access the building without your own door code.

You’ll shortly receive two emails: 

  1. Stripe payment confirmation
  2. Booking confirmation and VAT receipt – which also includes your wifi password for the day and details for finding a hot desk. 

If you do not receive both emails check your spam folder as occasionally the booking confirmation email ends up in there.  

Please remember that in order to keep our desk costs as low as possible, we can’t organise refunds or changes to hot desk bookings sorry.
