Some Practical Points:
Everyone attending must complete the form below. If your name’s not on the list you ain’t coming in! There’s no VIP walk-ins – even if you’ve just won I’m A Celebrity Love Island On Ice Factor.
You’re very welcome to bring friends, partners, interesting business contacts. The more the merrier! You can either add them when you complete the form or send them to this page to complete themselves.
Come early and leave early, come late or stay all night. It’s completely flexible.
Deposit:
Christmas plans often change. We have a minimum spend for the exclusive use of the venue and they’ll be opening in the evening especially for us and paying extra staff to attend. So in order to come along we’re asking for a £10 deposit per person which will be given back to you in cash when you arrive on the night. If you don’t arrive, your deposit will be passed to the venue to cover their costs.Â
Food & Drink:
You’ll order food for your group when you complete the form below. You’ll then give your name to the staff on the night to collect your food and you’ll pay the venue for your food order on the night. You can grab your food anytime between 6pm-8pm.
There will be a full bar available on the night for you to purchase drinks.Â
Secret Santa:
There will be an optional Secret Santa on the night. Bring a present – £5 maximum expenditure, must not contain plastic, must not be bought new. Aside from that there are no rules! After we’ve handed out and opened the gifts there will be an audience vote based on the following categories.Â
Largest gift (either length, diameter or weight or something along those lines)
Most “christmasssy” (not exactly sure what that means but we’ll see on the night)
Something your aunty would give you. (who’s coming up with this stuff?)
There will be incredibly generous prizes for the three winners!
Secret Santa will take place around 9pm
